feat(queen): sharp issue displays and inspectable hive cells

Summary

Continue the merged agent work from #960 with native issue/epic displays, semantic close-up and exact public-ledger identity. Preserve the original logo, facing wall, no-model/no-plate geometry, honey interaction, all navigation views and RU/EN.

Correctness

• Exact issue events and explicit epic children; no fabricated activity.
• Live state overrides dated closure; no foreign repository foundation.
• Issue coverage stays unknown without explicit provenance, not borrowed from colocated modules.
• Card body/tap, wheel, keyboard Inspect and Whole hive; manual zoom up to 128x and camera continuity.

Verification

• Display contract PASS; coverage 34, honesty 113, language 246/246.
• Changed-file ESLint PASS; typecheck ratchet unchanged at 179 existing errors.
• Build and exact desktop/mobile DPR2 browser verification PASS.
• Independent read-only review resolved all scoped findings.

Release

The user explicitly authorized release. Existing apex publisher only; no DNS, secrets, worker capacity or new automation. The previous agent camera-alpha edit is preserved in its separate dirty tree and reviewed rather than blindly imported. Final requested additions are in 0613922: original point-down logo/shared camera transform, homepage fonts, full-width grid correction, translucent native displays, and a verified HYG4.1/J2000 star background. Catalog: 4,965 real xyz/distance rows, exact independent reproduction, pinned digests and CC BY-SA4.0 attribution; no random stars presented as observations. Background-tab first paint and bitmap resize regressions are fixed and tested. Exact local desktop/mobile DPR2 and reduced-motion checks pass, including stars visible through cards and canonical issue links. Website checks run34117265633 is the fresh release gate. Known unrelated CI failures are recorded separately: Brain Health emits TODO/no Score; docs consistency expects absent TJEPA files; Claude review exits is_error:true. None are relabeled as green.
