#8634 (keyed-actor hardening, actors night loop gHashTag/trios#1729) added specs/queen/keyed_guard.t27 without its row in docs/reports/t27b_expectations.json. Master's t27b native run 38061038225 then went red on it:

UNLISTED  specs/queen/keyed_guard.t27: the reference passes it and the ledger does not name it (t27b pass)

This adds that one row, "t27b": "pass", in path order after keyed.t27. Nothing else changes: the ledger now has 1311 entries, one more than before.

The same run has a MOVED entry for specs/compiler/lexer.t27. It is not from this PR's work and is left to the t27b lane.
