- Add implementation to log_error function that prints error messages - Add test_log_error_functionality test to verify the error logging works - This resolves the 'not yet implemented' error in generated code - All acceptance criteria are now met Closes #4372
A pull request must add exactly one docs/now entry and a bee has no way to know that: its brief names a boundary file and acceptance criteria, and docs/now/ is neither. The publisher adds it rather than failing the gate. Closes #4372 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

…9264) The three specs gained their last empty-body implementations and tests in #7613, #6727 and #7084 (10:42-10:43Z) without re-saving seals, so spec-guards and seal-coverage went red with 6 stale generated-code hashes (rust, zig, c, verilog per spec). Re-sealed on the Railway lab from master 293a210's own compiler: check_seal_currency.py STALE 6 -> 0, check_seal_coverage.py OK (2419 seals, 2297 hold, 122 ledgered). Seal JSON files only, no code.
