crm-story-reel v19, from the owner's corrections of 2026-10-03:

• OPEN_ON_SOURCE / OPEN_SCENE 0 -- a talking-head reel opens on the source photo itself, wide, never on a drawn picture.
• FIRST_LINE_HOOK -- the first line is a hook; a greeting is refused before anything is spent.
• STUDIO_SHOTS -- a scene with no setting is a shot (wide / medium / close) cut from the source: same studio, same look, nothing drawn. shot_of_scene, shot_permille, FACE_X/Y, FACE_IN_SHOT, 720x1280.
• STILL_FACE_* -- a drawn still with no face is drawn once more, then the run stops.
• LINE_MAX_MS 3500 / LINE_MEASURED_BEFORE_LIPSYNC -- a line is heard before its lip-sync; a long one gets none. Default reel stays within 15 s.
• DELIVER_VIA_HOME_BOT / HOUSE_DELIVERY_BOT / HOUSE_SKIPS_ELEVENLABS -- the house gets its reel through its own bot and speaks its clone.
