Closes #5519

blog-share v2: after the receipt (page left the share form) the desk opens the owner's own profile on X / LinkedIn / Reddit and looks for the post's opening words. Only a post seen there counts as published; pressed and not seen is unconfirmed.

• new consts: PROFILE_SETTLE_MS 5000, PROFILE_LOOK_EVERY_MS 4000, PROFILE_LOOKS 4 (last look at 17 s), MATCH_CHARS 60
• new fns: counted, unconfirmed, last_profile_look_ms; published_somewhere now counts posts seen on the profile
• VERSION 1 -> 2, resealed with t27c built from master a26af0a

Checks: t27c test-report 10/10 pass; negative control (counted returns left only) -> FAIL 1.
