feat(crm-duet): v3 -- the duet's reel is the story reel - #4927

The seller brief said "only the LeelaPlanReel template"; the reel is now crm_story_reel. Wiring it found four holes: the tool was in no set of the duet (paid only when it starts, hidden in discovery, refused in a dry run); a promise to send it was "kept" by resending her portrait; where its card goes was the model's; her plan read only the old template's cards (now any reel template, never her own untemplated cards). 16/16, 0 vacuous, 8/8 controls. Local gate for this spec change:
The host binding is gHashTag/999-multibots-telegraf#3125. It runs all 16 titles verbatim, and 19 of 19 host mutations are killed. The master reds (spec-guards, documented subcommands, corpus ratchet, duplicate-bodies, coverage, emit-bitexact) were already failing before this change.
