The file was off by ten braces as mentioned in the issue, causing parse errors.
Fixed invariants: registration_has_command, registration_has_args, status_response_has_state,
status_response_has_uptime, termination_result_has_final_state, terminate_sets_terminating,
register_sets_active, unregister_sets_terminated, duration_returns_positive,
is_active_returns_true_for_active

Also fixed instance_create function signature to match usage and accept command and args parameters.

A pull request must add exactly one docs/now entry and a bee has no way
to know that: its brief names a boundary file and acceptance criteria,
and docs/now/ is neither. The publisher adds it rather than failing the
gate.
