active read 20 while the swarm finished 6 turns in 18 minutes. tri swarm shows lanes, dispatches, finished/hour (--since N) and the server's model ranking (BrowserOS #496). Report-only; exits 2 when status does not answer.

Run live: scripts/tri swarm printed the 7-candidate ranking (super-120b 12.2s/step at 50% of 108 calls; ultra-550b 77.7s).
