- Enhanced insert function to handle multiple children and update bounding rectangles - Improved query function to traverse tree and find all intersecting rectangles - Added helper functions for tree operations - Maintained all original function signatures as required - All acceptance criteria met: 0 'not yet implemented' messages, clean parse, 3 function signatures, 3 test blocks Closes #3815

Every changed path is inside the boundary the issue declares:specs/tri/trees/rtree.t27The acceptance criteria are structural and were checked by the swarm, not by a human; the review-side oracle is what decides whether the generated code compiles and passes its tests.
