- Updated function signatures to match issue requirements: - init(size: usize, hash_count: usize) -> BloomFilter - add(filter: *BloomFilter, item: []const u8) -> void - contains(filter: *const BloomFilter, item: []const u8) -> bool - Implemented proper bloom filter logic: - init creates filter with specified size and hash count - add sets bits at hash positions for the item - contains checks if all hash bits are set for the item - Added helper hash_function for bloom filter operations - Updated all test blocks to work with new signatures and proper assertions Closes #3796

Every changed path is inside the boundary the issue declares:specs/tri/search/bloom_filter.t27The acceptance criteria are structural and were checked by the swarm, not by a human; the review-side oracle is what decides whether the generated code compiles and passes its tests.
