Spec changes (specs/automation/crm-duet.t27)

• CLAIMED_WORK_NEEDS_TOOL, CLAIM_CHECK_CORRECTIONS = 1, CLAIM_MISS_IS_VIOLATION + claim_is_honest(...): a claim of finished work is honest only with a producing tool or media in the same turn.
• ABORTED_RUN_STATE = "failed", ABORTED_RUN_KEEPS_ERROR, DONE_MEANS_ALL_LINES, RUN_ERROR_SHOWN_ON_DASHBOARD + state_after(lines, turns, errored).
• Seen live: DRY_RUN_SEEN_LIVE (duet-mtzyg2t6), RUN_KILLED_BY_REDEPLOY_SEEN (duet-mtzy6kao). DUET_RAN_LIVE (real, non-dry) stays false.
• 3 new test blocks → published_figures.py pin 12749 → 12752.

duet-mtzyg2t6, 2026-09-13 22:14 +07, dry, 4 turns, started from the client dashboard: turn 0 claimed a built reel with only crm_client_profile/crm_lead_context called; turn 2 provider rate limit → stored done with 3/8 lines, no error.
