…s, reel_particles_mux loses its std.* blocker (Closes #10449) debug_print_plan.t27 decides: in a fn Zig never analyzes, a print is skipped and its arguments are not lowered; in an analyzed fn, a literal format with a tuple that fits (check) runs its arguments in order, once each, and drops them; anything else is refused with a name and a detail. builtin_plan.t27 gains the assert and eval-branch-quota plans that lower.rs glue held inline. lower.rs net is -27 lines. Conformance cases are in discard_value.t27, and tail.rs pins its test count (5 -> 7). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

…loses #10573) The content factory row said a printing main makes t27b reject the spec. That came from a stale lab t27b built before #10455; a fresh build accepts it. The row now names the printer module, the gate, and the traps behind the wrong claim. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

… tri factory (Closes #10573) (#10580) * t27f: reel_factory.t27 -- content features to a unique scene plan per item (Closes #10561) The content factory of epic #10560 (R1 + R2). Each lesson's code and title are read into eleven feature counts; twelve scene archetypes are scored by term frequency over course frequency; the course is planned at once (best pair first, cap 4, no repeat within 2 items, then the least-used generic scene); accent, motion and layout dress the plan; eight output formats and the SSIM anomaly bound for R3. Lab: test-report 8/8 pass, 0 vacuous; seal --verify MATCH; t27b front end accepts it (JIT verdict is the arm64 ratchet's). This adds a separate printer module that reads the factory's own comma name lists and prints one tab-separated row per lesson plus a usage summary. The law stays a module of decisions; the printer only reads it out. - 4 tests, 0 vacuous (lab): field reading, list arity against the factory's kinds, ASCII titles within 48 bytes, the trits lesson prints "trit". - Lab plan: 12 of 12 scenes used, the most used one 4 times (cap 4). - t27b: a fresh build with #10455 accepts the main (aarch64 object); ledger row "pass". - Seal saved and verified on the lab. - tri factory: runs the factory's test report. scripts/tri numstat 5/5. std.debug.printwas refused withExprCall(std.*). Nowspecs/tri/t27b/debug_print_plan.t27decides how it lowers, andlower.rsonly reads the node and builds the answer.print("literal", .{ args }): the arguments are lowered in order, once each, and dropped (drop_value), oncecheck(fmt, kinds)accepts the format against the argument kinds. The matrix was measured on zig 0.16:{}and{d}of ints and floats,{}of a bool,{s}of a string or byte slice or byte array,{{/}}, width/fill/align,{d:.2},{s:.2}.{d}of a bool or slice,{s}of an integer, a non-literal format) is refused with a name and a detail from the plan. The reference does not compile those in an analyzed fn.Files
