Move the red October 21 methodology annotation inside the SVG, beside its dotted line and just above the x-axis. Wrap it across three lines to fit desktop and mobile widths. No forecast data or interaction changes.
User approved the private preview. Local browser checks at 1440px and 390px confirm the label fits inside the chart. Shared tooltip, assembly golden and production tests pass. Deploy normally after checks, preserving the production snapshot and downloads.
