Summary

• Show pre-October 21 baseline medians in blue, with matching legend and tooltip labels.
• Mark the October 21 prompting methodology change with a red dotted line and note.
• Preserve all later prompt-condition points and forecast data; production deployment will reuse the existing published snapshot and downloads.

Verification

• User approved the private preview using the production forecast snapshot through October 23.
• Browser smoke check: horizon switch, forecast table and FAQ; no JavaScript errors.
• node --test tests/test_tooltips.cjs: 2 passed.
• pytest assembly/build golden and production tests: 41 passed, 2 skipped.

Production deployment is separate from merging; no new forecast jobs or data rebuild requested.
