Release prep into develop for 2026.10.0 — prepared, not merged, not tagged; flow: this → develop, then develop → main, then tag. Compose defaults to the 2026.10.0 images, so merge only after the backend/frontend 2026.10.0 images are published. Includes the quickstart fixes (#9) and backup/restore (#10).
