Adds the Reddit tooling from fopost/fopost#1071 to this client: subreddits, their rules, flairs, the account's default subreddit, the subreddit check, and inbox voting.

A flair id is valid only in the subreddit it came from, and direction on a vote is up, down, or none to take an earlier vote back.

The branch had decayed behind main, so part of this is reconciliation rather than new work; anything beyond a plain merge is called out in the commit message.

Merge after the API (fopost/fopost#1071). Reddit API access is still pending, so these endpoints answer until the app is granted the subreddit scopes.

Merge first. feature/remote-articles is stacked on this branch and retargets to main automatically when this merges.

accounts() gains the four Reddit reads and writes — the subreddits an
account is in, a subreddit's rules and post flairs, and the default
subreddit — and validate().subreddit() answers the same existence check
before a post exists. inbox().vote() votes an item up or down, or takes the
vote back.

Account.reconnectRequired, and the inbox item's vote and canVote, are new
components on records that already existed. SubredditCheck.over18 carries an
explicit alias: the wire spells it over_18 there, and neither the snake
strategy nor the camelCase alias crosses a digit boundary.
