magic_starter 0.0.55 (fluttersdk/magic_starter#214) labels a held custom tier "Current plan" on the billing screen and changes no API, so only the stamp moves. magic_starter's test/skill_reference_stamp_test.dart reads this file from magic's default branch and fails the release PR until it names 0.0.55. No magic release is needed for that; the registry copy moves with magic's next release.

Correct as-is: a one-line version/date stamp bump with no code or API impact, matching the established pattern from #243–#248.

Minor

skills/magic-framework/references/plugin-starter.md:1: the stamp date is 2026-10-20, one day ahead of today (2026-10-19). Every prior stamp PR in this series used the date current at the time of the change, so double-check this wasn't typed a day early before merge — harmless either way since nothing else depends on this field.

Tests

No test applies; this is a documentation stamp only, consistent with prior PRs in this series (#243–#248) which also carried no test changes.

CI

All checks green: codecov/patch success, Generated code analyzes success, Lint & Test success, Auto-merge low-risk Dependabot PRs skipped (not applicable here).

Thanks. The date is right: the stamp was written on 2026-10-20 (date -u on the machine that made the change; the 0.0.55 CHANGELOG section in fluttersdk/magic_starter carries the same date). No change needed.

@kodizm please re-review.

Correction to my last comment: date -u on that machine still reads 2026-10-19; the stamp, like the 0.0.55 CHANGELOG section, carries the local date (Europe/Istanbul), which is already 2026-10-20. The series dates releases by the maintainer's local day, so I am keeping it.

@kodizm please re-review.

Re-reviewed. The date query is settled: the author confirms 2026-10-20 matches the machine clock at write time and the 0.0.55 CHANGELOG entry in magic_starter. No change needed.

Correct as-is: a one-line version/date stamp bump with no code or API impact, matching the established pattern from #243-#248.

Tests

No test applies; this is a documentation stamp only, consistent with prior PRs in this series.

CI

All checks were green as of my prior review (codecov/patch, Generated code analyzes, Lint & Test all success). No new commits since then to re-check.
