Sample Blog content types and seed API #2706

Closed

Description

@pournasserian

Problem

Tests, the reference host sample pack and the project template all need the same small, realistic schema with seed content.

Proposal

Add samples/Blog with Article, Author, Tag, Seo, HeroBlock, QuoteBlock, GalleryBlock and SiteSettings as in spec section 4.2, plus an ISeeder API in the SDK and a seed set (authors, tags, articles in two locales, one scheduled, one trashed) used by the test host and later by FLUENTCMS_SAMPLE=blog.

Acceptance

  • The sample builds and seeds on all three providers
  • Seeding is idempotent and runs under the Seed origin
  • The M1 integration tests use the sample through FluentCMS.Testing

Design: docs/planning/backend-technical-spec.md, section 4.16, 6.3 (item B-35). Size: S.

    From #2760, #2763 and #2764: seed the trashed article through DeleteAsync and the scheduled one through ScheduleAsync (a future instant from the test host's TimeProvider), both under the Seed origin, so their rows, events and activity match real use. A scheduled publish publishes only the draft version and shared fields that were scheduled, so seed the content first and schedule last.

    Typed settings are now on main (#2766): ISettings, [Settings], [SettingsSecret] in FluentCMS.Sdk/Settings, and SettingsService in FluentCMS.Core/Settings. Use them for the sample's site settings rather than a custom table.
