PR63's evaluator still describes adjacent SI discovery without the chosen-recommendation boundary and treats Guarded as the expected route for a reversible cross-module change. This stacked repair corrects those two cases, mirrors them in the evaluator fixture and generated ChatGPT evaluation data, and updates the adapter metadata hashes. The canonical PR63 core is unchanged.
The branch is exactly one commit and four changed files ahead of PR63 head
b4a09cb. Two independent full-file reviews found no source blocker. Quality run 39967958902 passed on exact head77968cc025608d63ab6a7fc30993af1bf96e7ad0, including the portable quality gate, adapter, and public plugin archive checks.This is a source/evaluator repair. Original genuine no-cost client acceptance remains partial: a source-initialized synthetic affirmative case passed visible-response review, but an authorized actual no-cost client with observed plan/version/resolved model and loaded-source identity, the approved merchant-onboarding fixture, hosted 119-file installation, and installed-runtime handoff remain unproved. No Muse approval, hosted use, or live installation is claimed.
