[addon-operator] Bump x/net for October CVEs - #844

Update golang.org/x/net to v0.60.0 and golang.org/x/crypto to v0.57.0 with the required golang.org/x companions. The shell-operator pin stays at v1.21.1; it moves to the release with the same x/net fix in a follow-up. Signed-off-by: Roman Berezkin <roman.berezkin@flant.com>

shell-operator received the same fix in #943.
