Hi, it looks like the GitHub workflows have stopped due to inactivity.
On the Actions page there is a message:
Warning
This scheduled workflow is disabled because there hasn't been activity in this repository for at least 60 days. Enable this workflow to resume scheduled runs.
I found some workarounds for the future: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/67184368/prevent-scheduled-github-actions-from-becoming-disabled
