docs(readme): 中英文 README 徽章区统一 + 修复未闭合的 </a> - #538

master 上直接加了 AtomGit G-Star 与 Gitee Star/Forks 徽章，但只改了 README.md， 且 AtomGit 徽章的 </a> 未闭合（头部 7 个 <a> 只有 6 个 </a>）。 本次统一： - 两个文件使用完全相同的徽章块（逐字节一致）： GitHub Stars/Forks → Gitee Stars/Forks → AtomGit G-Star → 换行 → License / Commit Activity / Python / NodeJS / MySQL / Redis - 修正 README.md 中 AtomGit 徽章缺失的 </a>，并统一缩进 - README.en.md 补齐原先缺失的 Gitee Forks 与 AtomGit G-Star 徽章 校验：徽章块两边完全相等（1856 字节）、<a>/<img> 计数一致（7/12）、24 个章节标题一一对应； 其余链接差异均为中英本地化（/guide/why vs /en/guide/why、cn.vuejs.org vs vuejs.org）。

背景
master上直接提交了 README 徽章改动（AtomGit G-Star、Gitee Forks 等），只改了README.md，且中文版 AtomGit 徽章的

dev已 fast-forward 到master（84b0f658）README.md中 AtomGit 徽章缺失的</a>，并统一缩进README.en.md补上原先没有的 Gitee Forks 与 AtomGit G-Star校验
