After installing follows these steps to make it work

Before Starting: Install python off of https://www.python.org/downloads/
Make sure to check "Add pip to path"
Now follow steps below:

1: Drag Requirement.txt onto your desktop
2: open command prompt and do "cd Desktop"
3: Next type "pip install r-Reuirement.txt"
4: if that does not work use this "pip3 install r-Reuirement.txt"
