Defect: Params editor requires manual quotes for date-like string params

Summary

The params editor emits bare date-like values for string/date-like fields, then blocks Apply with a validation error. Users must know to type raw schema quotes manually.

Implemented the params editor serialization fix for this defect locally.

What changed:

• Updated the guided params editor so string-capable union params such as string|number and string|number|date quote non-numeric text automatically.
• Kept parser-valid numeric literals raw, so values like 15, 12.5, and -12 still serialize as numbers.
• Preserved existing enum, boolean, array/object/list/raw-entry behavior.
• Added regression coverage for string.uuid(refDate=2026-06-18T00:00:00.000Z) and autoIncrement.timestamp(start=2026-06-12T12:39:23Z, step=15, type=minutes), plus numeric edge cases and no double-quoting of existing quoted input.

Validated with:

• pnpm test -- --runTestsByPath packages/core-ui/src/tests/utils/params-editor-modal.test.js
• pnpm run verify:ui
• pnpm run verify:local

This means the params editor preview/apply path now emits examples like (version=7,refDate="2026-06-18T00:00:00.000Z") and (start="2026-06-12T12:39:23Z",step=15,type="minutes") without requiring users to manually type quotes.
