conformance: select ast-id alongside ethdebug for solc - #306

solc's develop branch rejects `debugInfo: ["ethdebug"]` since argotorg/solidity#16961 (merged 2026-09-19): "To use 'ethdebug' with settings.debug.debugInfo you must select also 'ast-id'." Every conformance run against a solc built after that date fails at compilation. The adapter now selects both.

solc's develop branch rejects
debugInfo: ["ethdebug"]since argotorg/solidity#16961, merged on 2026-09-19: "To use 'ethdebug' with settings.debug.debugInfo you must select also 'ast-id'." Every conformance run against a solc built after that date fails at compilation, which is why the check went red on #305 and will on any branch from now on. The adapter selects both. The last green run onmain's workflow predates the solc change.
