When Renovate upgrades the Equinix Go SDK, as in #47, the upgrade can fail CI due to uncommitted changes to the CLI docs. This updates our Renovate config to tell Renovate to run
make docsonce per upgrade branch to ensure that, if a dependency upgrade caused changes to the CLI docs, the docs are automatically regenerated and added to the Renovate PR.
