Let Renovate update the go and toolchain lines, the pinned GitHub Actions, the release smoke-test Docker image and the README plugin pin to the latest versions, and automerge the README pin update.

@erezrokah LGTM. Nits:

  • Put the go directive and toolchain bumps in one groupName, so the go line can't merge ahead of the toolchain.
  • A Go security patch can wait about 10 days (3-day age plus Sunday-only schedule). Consider a toolchain patch rule with schedule: ["at any time"] and vulnerability alerts.
  • Once #25 lands, the README regex also matches the prose @<version>. Require a digit: @(?<currentValue>\d[^\s]*)`.
