Parses alignment from mwcceppc's .comment section and displays it in the hover popup. Implementation is based on dtk's, but I only implemented the minimum required to verify the header and read alignment instead of reading and writing every field like dtk.
mwccarm also produces a .comment section but it does not appear to include alignment from what I can tell so it's ignored.
