Summary

This PR addresses #7695 with the following changes:

  • explore-analyze/discover/try-esql.md: Adds a "Things to know" bullet under Get started with ES|QL in Discover pointing to the new discover:defaultEsqlQuery space-level advanced setting, which lets administrators preset the ES|QL query Discover starts with, and notes that it doesn't apply after a user edits the query or switches query modes.

The Kibana advanced settings reference page already documents the setting itself (auto-generated from advanced-settings-space.yml in kibana#281319), so no docs-content change was needed there.

Resolves

Closes #7695

hey @sddonne Do you know if this is supposed to be deployed already? I would have assumed yes given the date of the merged PR, but I don't see the advanced setting in my production serverless project (Obs)
