docs: drop tool mapping for removed gd_req__impl_dependency_analysis - #3345

score_process_description 2.2.0 removed gd_req__impl_dependency_analysis
without a successor, so the :need: link breaks the docs build
("linked need ... not found", warnings are errors). The row is dropped;
the change also builds with process_description 2.1.x.

Removes the tool requirements mapping row for
gd_req__impl_dependency_analysis.score_process_description2.2.0 (eclipse-score/process_description commit 8e374e48, "update proc req and needextend") removed this guidance requirement without a successor.
