To differentiate this from the almost identical sentence in section "Experimental", maybe here write "in valid state" and below "at least in draft state"?

- adapt meta model (docs-as-code) to enable the documentation: Release, Experimental, ....
- module provider / maintainer shall manage the attribute
- adapt the process description accordingly
New Decision Record introducing three maturity levels for modules (Release / Experimental / Preview).
This makes it possible to include all modules in platform releases while giving users clear guidance on each module's maturity and intended usage. Builds on DR-001-Strat (consistent stack).
Status: draft.
