The scope of this PR is to add a new Tab to cross check the Dependency integration status of the Modules. The goal is to cross check that every module is aligned wrt each dependency: i.e. to ensure consistency every module should use the same score_baselibs version, same tool and so on.
A link to the dashboard will be added here as soon at is generated by the workflow.
