chore: update score_test_scenarios consumers to score/ paths

Summary

Closes eclipse-score/reference_integration#141.

Upstream PR eclipse-score/testing_tools#31
("Move test scenario libraries under score/") moved test_scenarios_cpp/ and
test_scenarios_rust/ to score/test_scenarios_cpp/ and score/test_scenarios_rust/,
aligning with the score/ layout used by all other integrated S-CORE modules (baselibs,
communication, logging, lifecycle, kyron).

This PR updates all consumers in reference_integration to reference the new paths and
bumps the pinned commit to the PR-31 merge commit.
