Adds the distributed PageRank client to the existing Python-EasyGraph package and a matching Kubernetes Worker image release workflow for 1.6.4.
pip install Python-EasyGraphandeg.session(...)without local MPI.ghcr.io/easy-graph/easygraph-distributed:1.6.4.Validation: candidate CPython 3.11 wheel installed and imported in an isolated container; focused 2-rank MPI chunking test passed. The image is being built on eg-a. No uk-2002 benchmark was resumed.
Release sequence: publish the public GHCR image, then publish the matching PyPI 1.6.4 wheel/source distribution.
