Summary

Drops Python 3.10 support, matching the E2B monorepo (e2b-dev/E2B#1974).

  • requires-python = ">=3.11" in chart_data_extractor (e2b-charts) and tests. Both uv.lock files were relocked with uv 0.10.0 (the CI version). This only removes the 3.10-only backports (exceptiongroup, tomli, backports-asyncio-runner) and their markers. No other package versions change.
  • CI moves to Python 3.11 through .tool-versions. Every workflow reads TOOL_VERSION_PYTHON from it.
  • Changeset: minor for @e2b/data-extractor, which publishes e2b-charts to PyPI.

The sandbox template image (python:3.13) is unchanged.

P2 Badge Release the dropped Python version as a major bump

Change this changeset from minor to major. The package is already at 1.0.0, and raising requires-python from 3.10 to 3.11 deliberately makes the next release unusable for an existing supported runtime; publishing that as 1.1.0 incorrectly signals compatibility to consumers whose constraints accept non-breaking 1.x upgrades.
