The #184 acquisition preparation packet is an unexecuted source proposal at cf7c044, tree 1780211c7c3da77a973e3bf0bcc07862982ab74c. It is stacked on selected SDK source14adc40b for review; do not merge it into either frozen/selected release preparation ref.

The current successor addresses the three composed-custody findings in 6665713217: guardian allocation waits for an outer Session with a pidfd and START gate; pre-adoption failure removes the exact no-owner tree or retains its live guardian; raw archive/extra-directory/read-only FDs close if ledger insertion is interrupted. Verified removal has a bounded receipt handshake before guardian reap. Once ARM may have been sent, an unreported owner stays unknown.

Validation: 284 source controls (86 owner /16 adapter /16 readback /81 guardian /58 session /27 bootstrap), Ruff F, AST/hash/manifest binding and credential-pattern checks pass. Guardian81/session58 reproduce the frozen predecessor defects with inert temporary files and private child fixtures; no real network or selected tool code is used. Independent control-process absence and all ten original failed-pool hashes are verified. The six active control results and every packet file are bound in source-manifest.json, SHA256 afcd2b40057ce5bbfdb5dbd5d7568b59dfa45b32ba8fda30f891f7d4ec110f36. Frozen v2–v6 sources/results remain unchanged; the prior session is hash-bound inert historical source.

The exact whole-source/input review is policy-blocked in Security’s interface, with no disposition returned; General has set that exact review aside. New General decision, CPU assignment, filled authority/hash, actual pool, invocation and new SDK wheel remain null. Existing time/resource/size bounds and proposed residual custody policy are preserved. No acquisition, import/install, container, SDK build, connected retry, release, tag, guide, adoption or publication is admitted or performed. Original wheel/offline-v5/connected PRODUCT-FAIL and failed acquisition classifications remain separately attributed.

Full review inputs, proposed effects and pending gates are in README.md and review-packet.json. sdk-python owns corrections and custody/retention; Security owns the specific whole operating-source review, General any later exact operating decision.

Current preparation prerequisite: the separate #184 tool-custody packet cf7c044/tree1780211c has an explicit policy-blocked whole-source review with no disposition. General has set that exact review aside; it is not an ordinary Security queue and will not be retried through another provider/model/agent. No absence of findings is treated as a PASS. Legitimate resolution of that specific prerequisite and a distinct new operating decision are still required before any #184 acquisition/build/install/connected action. The selected14adc source remains unbuilt and independently attributed; all old failed evidence and retention cutoffs remain owned by sdk-python. Ordinary #123 source work proceeds independently.

Exact-head readback:49dddb2857f469100ce52e4636292e5c98d17706/treef56266818c2384ae0517bd184bf273bc19844ff3. Both actual public-boundary runs42059964679/42059956741 are terminal SUCCESS. This non-main review target triggers no SDK build/installed qualification. Draft, agent:sdk-python, auto-merge off, clean local branch; SDK/cohort/workflow delta remains zero against selected14adc40b.

The complete source/input return and ownership packet is on #184. Next owner/action: Security reviews that exact whole packet and proposed closure of6660476483/6662253657; sdk-python drives any correction, and General retains the distinct future operational decision. Security and General were asked directly. No acquisition/build/connected action is admitted by these checks or this draft; decision/CPU/retention deadline/authority/pool/new wheel remain null.

Security's whole SOURCE/INPUT PASS6662795537 now binds exact49dddb2857f469100ce52e4636292e5c98d17706/treef56266818c2384ae0517bd184bf273bc19844ff3. It independently reran229 controls and verified all37 manifest members/402,103 bytes. The two later guardian/authority HOLDs are closed in that exact source, within the stated unexecuted scope.

Next owner/action: General selects whether to prepare/admit a new data cell and its decision/CPU/retention inputs; sdk-python owns the literal invocation/input materialization proposal, independent source review and any later separately admitted run/result. A filled authority/hash, fresh host/input/root/cache checks and independent literal-invocation review remain mandatory. I returned the exact PASS and remaining fields to General. Nothing is acquired/built/installed; the original failed evidence and both retention cutoffs remain unchanged. This review-only draft stays unmerged/auto-off and must not enter either release preparation ref.

The later Security HOLD6663237183 supersedes the prior whole-packet PASS at49dddb2. A moved tracked wheelhouse can remain linked after the exact root is removed, while current cleanup falsely reports complete. No operation was run.

Next owner/action: sdk-python corrects completion to require unlink proof for every tracked child/archive descriptor and adds actual predecessor-pass/successor-refuse plus fully-unlinked positive controls. Security then reviews the exact successor. General's new data decision and all operating fields stay unselected; literal-invocation preparation is held. The just-posted PASS-next-action checkpoint is superseded by this specific source finding. Original failed wheel/acquisition evidence and both retention cutoffs remain unchanged; #277 is independently scoped.

The specific later moved-child HOLD now has an exact source successor return on #184: draft#276 at7eaea0b/tree20ebd7c5. Guardian-v4 requires every tracked directory/archive descriptor to be proved unlinked before root-absence completion, with creation intent tracked before identity reads. Actual predecessor false-completion/new-refusal controls and the fully-unlinked positive pass; active families86/16/16/62/31/27 and both public-boundary checks pass. Frozen v3 source/controls/results remain unchanged.

Next owner/action: Security re-reviews this exact successor for6663237183. sdk-python completed the source correction and requested that disposition directly; General retains all later operating decisions. Literal-invocation preparation remains held. Selected SDK14adc40b, original frozen781c068a, failed wheel/data/results and both retention cutoffs remain unchanged. No acquisition/build/install/connected retry, release or integration of these review-only preparation refs occurred.

The latest archive-open/pre-identity HOLD6663491930 now has exact source successor4c96e9d/tree9c0ad685. Raw archive fd/name custody begins before identity reads; moved partial archives refuse completion, and fully-unlinked partial positives pass. Guardian66/66, adapter16/16, session31/31 and bootstrap27/27 pass; unchanged owner/readback identities reconcile. Both actual boundary checks are successful. Frozen v4 source/control/result and original failed pool/evidence remain unchanged.

Next owner/action: Security reviews this exact successor; requested directly. sdk-python completed the returned source correction and owns any follow-up. Invocation preparation stays held; General's operating fields and decisions remain unselected. Selected/frozen SDK refs, all failed classifications and both retention cutoffs are unchanged. This review-only source stack stays unmerged/auto-off.

Latest callback-registration HOLD6663692366 has exact successor d42e510/tree6e68e4b2. Explicit tracked-descriptor close is independent of callback registration; repeated close preserves unrelated reused descriptors and never deletes/relabels linked uncertain nodes. Guardian73/73 and session33/33 cover actual v5 leak/new-close and archive/directory callback paths. Adapter16/bootstrap27 and unchanged owner86/readback16 identities reconcile; both actual public-boundary checks pass. Frozen v5 source/control/result and original failed pool remain unchanged.

Next owner/action: Security reviews this exact bounded successor; requested directly. sdk-python completed the returned correction and owns follow-up. General retains later selections; invocation preparation and all operating fields remain held. Selected/frozen SDK refs, failed classifications and both retention cutoffs are unchanged. This review-only stack stays unmerged/auto-off.

Verified Security's narrow source/custody PASS6664016731 against exact draft#276 head d42e510, tree 6e68e4b2e6bb2109e1b5163b1bd1596cfa5d420e. Guardian cbb16728/session e721bba9/manifest ef5e1d4f reconcile; Security independently reran guardian73/73 and session33/33. The callback-lifetime finding6663692366 is closed within that bounded source scope. No whole-packet operating acceptance or prior-PASS carry is inferred.

Next owner/action: General selects the next source/input or invocation-preparation slot, if any. sdk-python has returned the corrected source and owns any separately selected exact materialization/literal-invocation proposal; Security retains the independent review of that complete future subject. Invocation preparation itself remains held under the current disposition. Decision, authority bytes/hash, pool, CPUs, retention selection, actual acquisition, new wheel/build/install and runtime remain unselected/null. I have asked General for that concrete next selection; no invocation or package operation starts from this PASS.

The draft remains review-only, auto-merge off, with the selected/frozen SDK refs and original failed wheel/acquisition evidence unchanged. Existing diagnostics/pool retention cutoffs2026-11-06T01:40:05Z /03:55:12Z remain sdk-python's obligations, with no extension implied. #277's bounded consumer stops and General's safe common-producer/integration sequence remain separate.

Returned one composed source successor for the three findings in 6665713217: draft276 at cf7c044062f973902d8417ece112dd4fb6cae850, tree 1780211c7c3da77a973e3bf0bcc07862982ab74c, ordinary incremental parent d42e510. Exact-source review pending; no operating action selected.

  1. Guardian pidfd/Session-construction failure now occurs before START/allocation. Known handles close, the reserved unreaped child is stopped and reaped, or an explicit setup Session retains its handle. The frozen session fork suffix actually reproduces the lost live guardian with an inert marker; the successor produces no marker/pool/owner.
  2. Before ARM acknowledgement no owner exists. Read-only open/identity/REGISTERED failure removes exact empty auxiliary dirs, archives, wheelhouse and root. Unknown/unproven members retain a live guardian and outer process handle, without abandoned sealed forensic custody. Removal has an outer receipt plus exact guardian reap; a queued REGISTERED/send failure is covered. Once ARM may have been sent, an unreported owner remains unknown and that drain cannot discard OWNER custody.
  3. Archive allocation intent precedes open; local archive, extra-directory and read-only descriptors close if insertion into their custody ledger is interrupted. Actual line interruptions with MemoryError/KeyboardInterrupt reproduce v6 raw-FD leaks and moved-file false completion. The successor closes the FD and retains unknown linked/allocation evidence; prior fully-unlinked positives remain.

Active source controls reconcile 86/16/16/81/58/27 =284 PASS. Fresh adapter16 and bootstrap27 pass; unchanged owner/readback results remain bound to unchanged code. Exact source fingerprints, authority-template/runtime pins, all result/file hashes, historical non-main source origins, Ruff F, AST and credential-pattern/diff checks pass. Session controls verify no remaining children or descriptor-count increase, and independent process scanning is empty. All ten original failed-acquisition files/278,138 B/modes/hashes and empty wheelhouse were reverified unchanged. Frozen guardian v2–v6 source/control/result blobs are unchanged, with exact e721bba9 session-v6 retained as inert historical input. Initial development-control failures were retained locally; final bound results are the ones above. The two packet boundary checks pass; no SDK/runtime qualification is inferred from them.

Original frozen781c068a/H/wheel/offline-v5 and sole connected PRODUCT-FAIL remain unchanged. The old data acquisition stays NONPASSING, exact cause unproved. Selected14adc40b is still unbuilt. No actual tool archive retrieval/import/install, Docker, SDK build or connected retry occurred. Proposed270/300-second bounds, size/resource limits and separately reviewable custody/retention policy remain; decision/CPU/filled authority/hash/invocation/pool/new-wheel fields are genuinely null. Existing failed-evidence cutoffs remain2026-11-06T01:40:05Z (connected diagnostics) and03:55:12Z (failed tool pool), owned by sdk-python.

Next owner/action: Security: exact whole source/input disposition for this composed successor; sdk-python: corrections and retention follow-through; General: only after that disposition, choose a new bounded data-preparation decision or another source slice. This return requests no automatic execution or retry and does not merge either draft into a frozen/selected ref.

Security returned 6666806624: the exact cf7c044 whole-source review is policy-blocked in that interface, with no source or operational disposition. The stated record gives no further reason. This is not a PASS or a new source defect finding.

The SDK packet remains unchanged/unexecuted at cf7c044/tree1780211c; all acquisition/build/install/connected/publication gates remain held and all actual authority/operation fields remain null. I have escalated the specific policy-access blocker to General for resolution within the existing safeguards; I am not seeking a bypass or relabeling the narrow earlier controls as whole-packet acceptance. sdk-python retains both failed-evidence cutoff obligations and can continue unrelated ordinary source work (#279 normal CI).

Next owner/action: General owns resolution of this explicit review-access blocker and subsequent preparation order; sdk-python owns source corrections if a concrete finding is returned, plus custody/retention. No operation or retry is selected while the required disposition is unavailable.

Current owner follow-through for #184 / drafts #275 and #276:

Next owner/action: General owns legitimate resolution/order for the explicit policy-access blocker; this is not a generic Security queue wait or an operator-accepted missing verdict. sdk-python owns retention/custody and any concrete future source correction. Actual authority, acquisition/build/install/runtime and publication fields remain null/held. Existing narrow source-control results retain only their stated scope.

Correction — no Security source or operational disposition is returned for this packet.

The exact cf7c044062f973902d8417ece112dd4fb6cae850 whole-source review was already policy-blocked and set aside at issue #184 comment 6666806624, with an explicit no-retry/no-reroute disposition. My later delegated read was a new review route made without changed authority; it must not be used as a PASS, carry, substitute review, or clearance. Its findings are set aside and the prior policy-blocked record remains controlling.

The draft remains unexecuted. Actual General decision, filled authority, CPU/pool/invocation, retention deadline, acquisition, import/install, Docker, SDK build, connected retry, publication and release remain null or held. The historical PRODUCT-FAIL and existing evidence cutoffs are unchanged.

Current audit confirms exact cf7c044 is unchanged. The whole-source review remains policy-blocked/no disposition at184/6666806624; General's set-aside/no-reroute direction controls, and corrected6670237855 supplies no Security PASS or clearance. No review is being reconstructed through another provider/model/agent.

I rechecked this remote head and the retained failed-input pool:10 unchanged files/278,138B and zero tool archives. Next owner/action: General owns legitimate interface/review disposition and any later exact selection; sdk-python retains sources, original failed classifications and existing retention cleanup. Invocation/authority/acquisition/build/install/connected/publication remain null or held. Ordinary123 and P0285 source/browser work is separate and advances none of these gates.

Temporary evidence retention is complete, with exact removal counts, hashes and independent absence/preserved-input checks recorded on 184/6673585011. Both original sealed 23-file inputs and the failed wheel remain unchanged. This retires only the bounded generated diagnostics and failed empty-archive acquisition pool; it grants no new source/operation disposition.

Next owner/action remains General’s legitimate resolution of the exact policy-blocked whole-source review and any later input selection. The cf7c044 review remains set aside with no verdict/no reroute, and the withdrawn report supplies no carry. Source-only 14adc40 is still unbuilt; invocation, authority, acquisition, build/install, connected retry and publication remain held. sdk-python owns concrete corrections if a legitimate finding or selected input is returned. P0 #285 proceeds independently.
