The `3.9.x` maintenance branch uses ordinary CI plus Security Source review as
its quality evidence. Sonar runs on main pushes and pull requests targeting
main; maintenance analysis is not required. A main-baseline Sonar result does
not qualify a maintenance branch. Before enabling maintenance analysis, verify
that its actual revision, analysis baseline and target match the maintained
source. See [#342](https://github.com/durable-workflow/sdk-php/issues/342).

The production graph remains independent of Laravel, Illuminate, framework
bundles/containers, Core and Server. The owned native Guzzle handler delegates
