All eight current Python guide locales are deployed and verified. Signed merge At 2026-10-27 07:43:43 UTC, the actual public routes for English, Ukrainian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, French and German all returned 200 with the correct language and new content: 2.12.0 minimum, immutable received policy, nullable last-attempt callback, original workflow/run identity, missing-identity guard, run-pinned signal helper, stable business-event key and working canonical/reference links. The Server receipt-retention limitation remains explicit. All eight executable example sets match. The helper is byte-identical to the canonical example exercised in normal PyPI 2.12.0 / published Server 2.11.4 acceptance. Only the Python guide review hashes changed; historical documentation and frozen artifact tuples are unchanged. This completes the Python guide follow-through for durable-workflow/.github#250. |

Python activity handlers need the received retry budget and the originating workflow run to handle failures or send a signal. Document the 2.12.0 APIs in English and all seven translated current guides, with a nullable last-attempt callback, one original-run signal helper and the existing Server signal receipt-retention limitation.
The guide distinguishes missing policy, root null, explicit unlimited policy and bounded attempts. It explains immutable copies, early termination, nullable original identities and local callback behavior. Only this guide's reviewed translation hashes change; published conformance tuples and historical documentation remain unchanged.
Validation: all 11 final-head checks and all 11 merged-commit checks passed, including the full eight-locale build, CodeQL, boundary and Sonar (0 new issues / 0 security hotspots). Pages deployment succeeded; all eight actual public guide routes passed language, API/example and canonical-link checks at 07:43:43 UTC October 27, 2026. All executable examples and reviewed source hashes match. The helper is byte-identical to the canonical example exercised in normal PyPI 2.12.0 / published Server 2.11.4 acceptance.
