[#3145] Added a CodeRabbit review configuration as an installer-selectable tool. - #3241
The installer has a new Configure AI code review with CodeRabbit prompt (ai_code_review, handler AiCodeReview) in the AI section, right after the agent-instructions prompt. Answer yes and the project keeps a root .coderabbit.yaml that tunes CodeRabbit's pull request reviews. Answer no (the default) and the file is removed whole, so a team that doesn't use CodeRabbit gets nothing extra.
Until now the template shipped context for coding agents (AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md) but nothing for the reviewer side. Any project that turned CodeRabbit on got its stock behaviour: comments that ignore the conventions in docs/, a docstring-coverage warning on every PR (phpcs already enforces Drupal docblocks), and CodeRabbit's own phpcs/phpstan/eslint runs on its default config, contradicting the project's linters.
After merge, an opted-in project's reviews read AGENTS.md and docs/**/*.md as coding guidelines through knowledge_base.code_guidelines.filePatterns. They run at profile: chill with tone_instructions that limit comments to correctness, security, performance and maintainability, skip lock files, and only review config/**/*.yml for permission and security changes. When the project documentation isn't kept, DOCS_PROJECT fences drop the docs/ entries along with docs/ itself. The file needs no credentials. Heads-up: this repo's own CodeRabbit reviews now follow this file instead of the UI settings, so they drop from assertive to chill. The UI path filter for installer fixtures carries over through a VORTEX_DEV-fenced entry, which the installer strips.

Changes
Template
.coderabbit.yaml: new root config, validated against https://coderabbit.ai/integrations/schema.v2.json. It only sets values that differ from CodeRabbit's defaults, plus profile as the obvious tuning knob.
CodeRabbit's phpcs, phpstan, eslint and stylelint runs are off because the project runs those in CI with its own config. phpmd is off because the project doesn't use PHPMD.
DOCS_PROJECT fences wrap the Behat path_instructions entry (which points at docs/testing.md) and the docs/**/*.md guideline pattern.
A VORTEX_DEV fence keeps the .vortex/installer/tests/Fixtures/** exclusion for this repo only.
Installer
AiCodeReview handler: a boolean prompt, default FALSE. Discovery checks for .coderabbit.yaml in an installed project, and on FALSE the whole file is removed. Process weight is 25, unique as PromptManagerTest requires.
PromptManager: prompt added to the AI section; the summary table gets an AI code review row.
Tests
AiCodeReviewHandlerProcessTest, 3 scenarios:
enabled: file present, no .vortex/ content left after the fence is stripped
enabled with docs removed: no docs/testing.md or docs/**/*.md left, AGENTS.md kept
disabled: file absent
AiCodeReviewHandlerDiscoveryTest: default prompt, toggled prompt, discovery from an installed project, installed project without the file, and a non-Vortex project.
AbstractHandlerDiscoveryTestCase, AbstractHandlerTypeTest, SchemaGeneratorTest: register the new prompt.
New fixtures under handler_process/ai_code_review_enabled/ and handler_process/ai_code_review_enabled_no_docs/. The baseline doesn't change because the default is off.
Docs
development/ai.mdx: new "AI code review" section covering what the file changes (including the docs-dependent entries), a settings table for tuning, and a path_instructions example.
features.mdx: AI tab bullet.
CodeRabbit added to the Vale vocabulary and cspell words.

The installer video (.vortex/docs/static/img/installer.*) is stale now that the prompt flow has one more step. It needs ahoy update-videos installer, which is left for a maintainer run (or the release checklist).
The change adds an opt-in CodeRabbit configuration for Vortex projects. The installer prompts whether to include the configuration, and the documentation describes its settings and customization.

The configuration sets review instructions, exclusions, disabled tools, and knowledge-base sources. The documentation describes the opt-in setup and configuration options. The Vale and cspell word lists accept the CodeRabbit name.
Installer selection and file handling .vortex/installer/src/Prompts/Handlers/AiCodeReview.php, .vortex/installer/src/Prompts/PromptManager.php
The installer adds a confirmation prompt that defaults to disabled. It detects an existing configuration during discovery and removes the configuration from the temporary directory when the response is false.
Prompt and file-handling tests .vortex/installer/tests/Functional/Prompts/Handlers/AiCodeReviewHandlerProcessTest.php, .vortex/installer/tests/Unit/Prompts/Handlers/*, .vortex/installer/tests/Unit/Schema/SchemaGeneratorTest.php
Tests cover prompt selection, default and prompt type, configuration discovery, and processing for enabled and disabled responses.
The documentation may lead users to expect stricter review filtering than the configuration provides; correct the wording before relying on it.

Explanation
Issue #3145 coding requirements are met. .coderabbit.yaml provides a chill review profile, limits comments to correctness, security, performance, and maintainability, and points reviews to AGENTS.md and docs/**/*.md. The AiCodeReview prompt is optional and defaults to FALSE; the handler preserves the file when enabled and removes it when disabled. Installer registration, discovery and process tests, fixtures, schema/type registration, and documentation are included. The configuration uses no credentials or tokens. The excluded fixture paths prevent direct inspection, but the summary provides independent evidence for enabled, disabled, and documentation-preservation behavior.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The changes support Issue #3145. The handler and prompt registration implement selectable installation. Tests and fixture updates verify the behavior. Documentation explains the configuration and tuning. Vale and cspell entries support the new documented term. No unrelated functional change is demonstrated. The installer video remains unchanged as explicitly deferred work.

Do not describe the category guidance as a restriction.
The CodeRabbit contract defines chill as a balanced-feedback profile and tone_instructions as guidance. They do not enforce a four-category allowlist. Users can therefore receive comments outside these categories despite this documentation.
