LanguageFeature.LowercaseDUWhenRequireQualifiedAccesshas been enabled for every selectable--langversionsince F# 7.0, so its flag could never be turned off. Removed the dead flag and collapsed the guard to its always-on behaviour;--disableLanguageFeature:LowercaseDUWhenRequireQualifiedAccessis no longer a recognised feature name.
