Multi-targeting analyzers is only supported on sdk 6.0+, so analyzer versions older than that will never be loaded and can be dropped from the package.
Sdks older than that attempt to load all of them, producing warnings, so this also strips them in the targets file (older sdks will get silence instead of us attempting to select an older analyzer).
