Use compression.IsArchive for build contexts on stdin and remote Bake files so zstd archives, including skippable frames, are recognized instead of being parsed as text. Remove the duplicate format detection logic. Signed-off-by: CrazyMax <1951866+crazy-max@users.noreply.github.com>
