feat: add client-workflow find-similar via immich-clip-probe - #43

New read-only workflow checks a local image file against the Immich library for visual near-duplicates through the external clip-probe service (POST /v1/similar, x-api-key auth). - config: optional clip_probe.server/token section with IMMICH_CLIP_PROBE_SERVER/TOKEN env overrides; opt-in validation links the clip-probe repo on misconfiguration - internal/clipprobe: multipart client + response types mirroring the service openapi.yaml (limit/max_distance/all/type) - cw find-similar FILE: human, --json and --ids-only/-q output - docs: README section, skill best practices, regenerated SKILL.md
