Summary

• Apply organization coupon-pool discounts to Pathment assignments, including learners who create their account after assignment.
• Show the assigned discount and exact remaining payment at checkout; prevent a second generic coupon from stacking.
• Redeem a full discount when access is granted, redeem partial discounts after manual payment approval, and return an unused reserved seat when an assignment is cancelled or rejected.
• Let admins increase coupon-pool capacity and show reserved versus redeemed seats.

Seat limits

Course allocation seats remain managed in the organization's Manage courses panel. Coupon seats are a separate limit managed under Coupon pools. This change lets admins raise a pool limit without invalidating seats already issued; capacity cannot be reduced.
