Add TeamoRouter to AI Coding Tools

Adds TeamoRouter to the AI Coding Tools section, following the existing entry format.

What TeamoRouter is

A hosted LLM API gateway for AI coding tools:

• OpenAI-compatible endpoint (https://api.teamorouter.cn/v1) plus a native Anthropic Messages endpoint — Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI connect directly with one API key, no local proxy needed
• Free permanent tiers: DeepSeek V4 Pro (200 req/day) and DeepSeek V4 Flash (50 req/day, 1M context)
• Paid access to Claude/GPT/Gemini-class models at reduced rates

Placement rationale: the AI Coding Tools section already lists the tools TeamoRouter serves (Claude Code, Cline, OpenCode), so the gateway that connects them to models fits alongside them.
