+Nossa conferência tem como objetivo proporcionar uma experiência livre de assédio para todas as pessoas, independentemente de gênero, identidade de gênero e expressão, idade, orientação sexual, deficiência, aparência física, tamanho corporal, raça, etnia, religião ou escolhas tecnológicas. Não toleramos assédio de nenhuma forma. +All participants, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and organizers of the **Devopsdays Curitiba 2027** are expected to agree with and uphold the following Code of Conduct. The organizing team will enforce these guidelines throughout the event and at all related activities. We ask for the cooperation of everyone in order to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees.

+
+Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Sexualized language or imagery is inappropriate in any event space, including talks, workshops, social events, online communities, and related activities. Violations may result in expulsion from the conference without refund, at the discretion of the organizing team.

+If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the organizing team may take any action deemed appropriate, including warning the individual or expelling them from the event without refund.

+If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any concerns, please contact a member of the event team immediately.

+Event staff can be identified by special badges. They will assist in contacting venue security or local authorities, provide escort, or otherwise help ensure that all participants feel safe during the event. We value your participation and your well-being.
