Bump CI actions to Node 24 majors (checkout v7, setup-go v7, codecov v7) - #6

actions/checkout v4 -> v7, actions/setup-go v5 -> v7, codecov/codecov-action v4 -> v7. Clears the Node.js 20 deprecation warning. No input changes needed: go-version-file, cache, token, files and fail_ci_if_error are unchanged across these majors. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
