dl.basex.jp）の乗っ取り対策として残っていたドメイン検証が済んでいたので、仕様書を実態に合わせる。dl.basex.jpが Verified であることを確認した（2026-10-27）_github-pages-challenge-devbasex.dl）に直す開発者向けの文書だけの変更なので
CHANGELOG.mdは書かない。設計の決定と違えたところ: 無し。確かめたこと
