Make catalog publication agree with Dataspace URL admission #292
DCAT publication accepts HTTPS interface URLs containing raw square brackets in paths or queries. The advertised Dataspace consumer rejects the same snapshot, so a successful export can be unusable for the corresponding interoperability path.
Direction
Align published interface URL admission with the interoperable public HTTPS profile. Preserve valid encoded brackets and unrelated DCAT identifiers.
Acceptance criteria
A catalog snapshot accepted for Dataspace exchange is consumable by the real exporter.
Raw invalid URL characters fail before successful publication; properly encoded forms pass.
Public URL restrictions and metadata-only behavior remain intact.
Catalog publication agrees with Dataspace link admission. Real producer-to-consumer tests reject incompatible raw path, query and fragment forms while retaining encoded forms and IPv6 authority addresses.
All required CI passed at the reviewed signed source head. The combined release also passed targeted race regressions and the complete real-browser suite. The accepted implementation is on protected main.
Production rollout is tracked separately in devantler-tech/platform#4510; this closure does not assert that the new release is deployed or activate additional features.
