Summary

Speeds up the GitHub Actions IPA pipeline using the same pattern as PrivateMusic2:

  • Runner: xcode-27 (as in PrivateMusic IPA job)
  • --disableExtensions + --skipDsym + parallel swiftmodules
  • Bazel disk cache via actions/cache
  • Build in-place (drop expensive /Users/Shared full-tree copy)
  • Tag v* (or manual create_release) → unsigned IPA GitHub Release
  • checkout@v5 / upload-artifact@v5

Also wires --disableExtensions / --skipDsym through Make.py build.

Archive feature PR #1 is already merged to master.

Use the xcode-27 runner, skip app extensions and dSYMs, enable parallel
swiftmodule generation, cache Bazel outputs, and build in-place (no
/Users/Shared copy). Tag pushes (v*) and manual workflow_dispatch with
create_release publish an unsigned IPA GitHub Release the same way
PrivateMusic2 does.

Document the analysis and intended fixes for two bugs in
LinkHighlightingNode's modern path branch: the X-edge snap is
unreachable after the midY snap (positive dy in insetBy shrinks
rect[i] so it can't intersect the touching neighbor), and the
floor() in nextRadius/prevRadius can produce zero-radius arcs.

Plan covers two single-line edits in LinkHighlightingNode.swift's
modern branch (X-snap dy direction; floor → ceil for stair-step
fillet radii), each landed as its own commit, with a final
full-project build for validation since this repo has no tests.
